How do I change or enable a server connection password?
Login to the control panel: http://control.maximumvoice.com click on the Servers tab then click on Edit/View Config. Next make sure Authentication is set to Global Password and set the Global Password option to the password of your choice once this is done click Submit Changes. After doing a change such as this you must restart the Ventrilo server by clicking the Servers tab then restart.

My payment canceled automatically after failing many times what should I do to reactivate the subscription and server?
To reactivate a subscription signup on our website for the same server type pay and contact support in order to have your existing server information transferred to the new account.

My server is offline and my control panel says it is suspended?
Usually a server is offline or suspended when a payment fails. Customers should sort out their Paypal balance issues and when the payment reattempts and is successful contact support to reactivate your services with us.

Why aren't two people from the same household or internet connection able to connect to the Ventrilo server ?
What you need to do is set the Duplicate IP's to a higher value by default it seems duplicate IP's are set to none due to Ventrilo spam and mass connections. First right click on the server title and go to "Server Admin" next click "Login" enter your administrative password. Next you need to visit the "Server Admin" menu again and go to "User Editor" once in there click "{Guest}" then the "Network" tab from there you will see the "Duplicate IP's" option which you should set to your desired value then click Update and Close.
